SHIPPING + TERMS
We charge a flat rate fee of £1.00 for all our greeting cards, including multipacks, which are sent by Royal Mail. All other items are shipped by courier, and this is charged at a flat rate fee of £3.95. In the instance where you order both courier and royal mail items, all items will be shipped by courier, charged at the usual rate of £3.95.
Items are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays, and delivery is expected within 1-3 days thereafter. For example, if you place an order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, it will be dispatched Thursday. If you place an order on Thursday, Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Currently, we do not offer any next day delivery. Should you require an item urgently, please get in contact with us email@example.com to see if we can make any special arrangements.
DELIVER TO VENUE
This option is only available to customers who have a pre-arranged delivery (style package or hire) to their wedding or event venue within the next 5 days. Items will be delivered by our team alongside the hire or styling service.
We hope that you love your products from The Little White Cow Store, but if for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return an item please let us know within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to resolve the situation by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for service as the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Please note that we will only refund the sale price for the items, and not for postage.
The Little White Cow takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products meet our quality control standards and reach you safely. Some of our products are handmade, so please allow for a small amount of variation in these products. If you receive your item and find it to be faulty, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange to replace or refund your item.
